None appears on behalf of the Petitioner. The only relief claimed by the Petitioner is to give direction to Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 to dispose the application filed by the Petitioner under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act. Since this is the only relief claimed by the Petitioner, petition can be conveniently disposed of by directing the District Magistrate (Respondent No. 2 herein) to decide the Petitioner's application which is filed under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months. Writ petition is accordingly disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
