This is an application for relaxation of condition of bail of not to reside in Karad Taluka till conclusion of trial. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that of the three antecedents, in two applicant is acquitted whereas one is pending since 2008 and would rely upon an additional affidavit.

2 921.1374.18 appp.doc On the last date, this Court adjourned the matter so as to facilitate the learned APP to take instructions about the antecedents. The learned APP has not received any instructions in the matter. In the aforesaid background, having accepted the statement of the applicant that of the three antecedents in two applicant is acquitted and he is facing prosecution in one matter, in addition to the present one, the condition of bail of asking the applicant to reside outside Karad Taluka is hereby relaxed. Applicant is permitted to enter Karad Taluka, subject to condition that he shall attend Investigating Officer in every first week of English calender month, till the conclusion of Trial.

Application stands disposed of.
