Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant and the learned additional public prosecutor for the State.
Considering the nature of the prayer, it is not necessary to serve Respondent No.2. It is submitted by the learned counsel that the statement of representatives of the Respondent Nos. 3, 4 and 5 under section 313 have been recorded. It is submitted that the respondents are adopting some or the other means to delay the trial which has caused a lot of frustration to the applicant (original complainant), who is senior citizen. It is, therefore, directed that the learned trial court shall take all necessary steps to conclude the trial as early as possible and not later than two months from today. Criminal application is disposed of.
