Mr. Sawant, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to file fresh representation for getting the benefits of pay-scale in accordance with the circular dated 24.04.2007 issued by the Government, in Rural Development and Water Conservation Department. Leave with liberty as prayed is granted. Petition stands disposed of.

In the event such representation is filed within the period of two weeks from today, the Chief Executive Officer of Respondent no.3 Zilla Parishad, shall decide the same in accordance with the decision of this Court dt. 24.4.2005, in Writ Petition No. 7116 of 2011. It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the case, the Respondent no.3 shall decide the same in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, and preferably within the period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
