Civil Application No.683 of 2015 is for bringing on record Legal heirs of Deceased Respondent No.10. During the pendancy of this Civil Application the proposed Respondent No.10(A) expired. Civil Application No.346/2017 is taken out for bringing on record legal heirs of the Deceased proposed Respondent No.10(A). There is delay in taking out these Civil Applications. The reasons for the delay are stated in the Civil Applications. For the reasons stated, the delays are condoned and the Civil Applications are allowed in terms of prayer Clause (a) thereof.
