This Petition has been moved seeking direction to the trial court to expedite the hearing of the case and decide the same within the time frame. It is informed that it is the case for examining not more than four witnesses. Two of them have already been examined. The remaining two are the officers involved in the investigation of the crime. The learned APP concedes the above status. 2.

In view of the above, the trial court is requested/directed to conclude the trial in C.C.No.1248/PW/2021 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The trial court, so as to comply with this order, shall prepone the case to any suitable date.
