1] We fnd the complaints fled by the petitioners are already investigated into and charge-sheets are already presented.

2] Case of the petitioners is that thereafter the accused in those matters are learnt to have taken some unwarranted loans to prejudice the petitioners and other customers. 3] Learned APP appearing for respondent Nos.1,2,5 and 12 point out that the alleged subsequent transactions are not brought to notice of the competent police ofcer by the petitioners.

5] The police authority can without getting infuenced by this order fnd out whether any ofence is made out and proceed further in accordance with law.

6] By keeping all contentions of the parties open, we dispose of the present petition.
