P.C.:- This is an Application for restoration of Writ Petition No.3837 of 2005 which was dismissed for no compliance of Order dated 5th June, 2017.

There is a delay of 145 days in filing the present Application. Perusal of Application would indicate that, sufficient cause is made out for restoration of Writ Petition. However, taking into consideration the delay caused in filing the present Application, this Court thinks it appropriate to impose a cost of Rs.2,000/- upon the Petitioners for condonation of delay. 3.

The said cost be paid to the Kirtikar Law Library, High Court, Mumbai, within a period of two weeks from the date of uploading of the present Order on the Official website of the High Court. 1/2
