The petition is filed seeking direction to the Respondent to take cognizance of the Petitioner's complaint dated 1st August 2016. Learned APP having taken instructions from the officer concerned states that on the basis of said complaint of the Petitioner, on 22nd October 2016, CR No. 700 of 2016 for the offence punishable under section 420 read with 34 of IPC is registered by D.N. Nagar Police Station. Statement is accepted. In the light of statement, Mr. Sarogi, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner fairly states that grievance of the Petitioner no more survives. Writ petition is therefore disposed of.
