In view of the consent terms fled in the Hindu Marriage Petition No. 286 of 2021 in the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Malegaon, the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw this Revision Application with liberty to withdraw the maintenance amount deposited by the Respondent in this Court. The learned Counsel for the Applicant has placed on record a copy of the concerned decree. Paragraph No. 4 of the decree reads that the Respondent has recorded her no objection for withdrawing the amount deposited by him in this Court in the present proceeding. Reserving the liberty as prayed for, the Revision Application is disposed of as withdrawn. Interim Application is also disposed of.
