The prisoner has sent a letter with request to provide MCOC Court at Kolhapur. We have given time to the State Government on 30.01.2020 to make a statement in this respect. Learned APP has still not received instructions.

In this situation, we direct the Respondent-State to examine the need of such Special Court at Kolhapur in accordance with policy decision and norms within six months from today. 3.

With this direction, we dispose of the Petition. 4.
