Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. The only contention as raised is that the Respondent in filling up of the post of Senior Development Officer has followed a criteria and, the same ought to have been followed to make the appointment to the post in question namely, of Senior Statistician. This contention as urged in Review Proceedings is not acceptable. 1/2
