Learned APP points out that the petitioner who is under trial prisoner has approached this court with some health problems and is seeking temporary bail for medical treatment. He points out that the prisoner can make suitable application before the trial court, where it can be more conveniently looked into. Hence, with the said liberty to the petitioner and with a direction to the Superintendent, Thane Central Prison to provide him necessary legal assistance, we dispose of the present petition. 2.
