In Order dated 4th December 2019 it is observed that, the child in question was medically examined on 15th November 2019 by the Child Welfare Committee and no injuries were found on her person. The Petitioner thereafter for last three years did not take any pains, even to circulate the Petition for her further reliefs and therefore a safe inference can be drawn that, the Petitioner has no grievance as of today. Directions issued by Order dated 4th December 2019 have been complied with. 2.

Even otherwise the Petitioner has been provided with visitation rights in view of the severance Agreement between the Petitioner and her husband.
