By this application, the applicant is seeking restoration of criminal application No. 210 of 2012 by condoning delay of 432 days. 2.

Criminal Application No.210 of 2012 was dismissed as the Office objections were not removed within the stipulated period. The said criminal application is for quashing the proceedings of the FIR No.I-142/2011 registered with Turbe Police Station, Navi Mumbai. Learned counsel for the applicant does not dispute that the investigation is already completed and the charge-sheet is filed. Shubhada S Kadam 1/2

In the above circumstances, we are not inclined to grant the applicant's prayer for restoration of criminal application No.210 of 2012. The applicant, however, is at liberty to file discharge application before the trial Court.
