Heard. The Civil Application is for carrying out amendment in the writ petition in view of subsequent development. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Civil Application, we are satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the Civil Application. Hence, the following order.

b) Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today. c) If amendment is carried out within stipulated time as stated herein above, the Applicant to serve amended copy of the Petition on the Respondents immediately thereafter.

d) The Civil Application stands disposed of.
