This Court by order dated 25 June 2021 in Criminal Bail Application No.1451 of 2012 allowed the application of the present applicant for bail, on a condition that,- "(iii) The applicant shall not enter the jurisdiction of Taluka Junnar, District Pune, till completion of the trial." 2.

The learned APP submits that the trial is still at the stage of framing of charge.

For the reasons stated in the application and as the trial is still at the stage of framing of charge, I am inclined to allow the present application. Hence the following order is passed : Kanchan P Dhuri 1 / 2
