The applicant was granted bail by this Court vide order dated 22nd October 2018 in Bail Application No.2192 of 2018. He was directed to be released on bail on his furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount. 2.

It is submitted that the applicant is the resident of Surat and therefore he could not furnish the sureties with immediate effect. Although bail was granted to him he continued to be in custody. It is further submitted that the father of applicant is hospitalized. He has already tendered sureties in accordance with order dated 22nd October 2018 which is in process, which would take some time. It is submitted that in the aforesaid circumstances the applicant may be permitted to furnish cash security for a temporary period.

Considering the submissions, the applicant is permitted to furnish cash security in the sum of Rs.25,000/- for a period of four weeks. During the said period while on bail, the applicant shall comply condition No.(iii) stipulated in order dated 22nd October 2018. Criminal Application No.1377 of 2018 stands disposed off. (PRAKASH D.
