The above Civil Application has been filed for deletion of the Respondent Nos.4 and 5 who have ceased to be trustees and for addition of the persons who are shown in clause 'B' of the schedule to the above Civil Application who are the new trustees. This is necessitated in view of the acceptance of the change reports in that regard which fact has been mentioned in paragraphs 5, 6 and 7 of the Civil Application. None appears for the Respondents though served. The Civil Application is accordingly allowed. Resultantly, amendment in terms of the schedule is permitted to BGP.
