The petitioners pray for probe against respondents 1 to 4 into the circumstances leading to filing of a case bearing C.R. No.101/2011 registered at Kalwa Police Station, Thane. Petitioner was prosecuted for the offences punishable under Section 366-A of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted by the Counsel that petitioner was acquitted by

2/2 6wp4756.15.sxw the trial Court in Sessions Case No.341/2014 by judgment and order delivered on 30th December, 2014. Learned Counsel submits that without there being any material the police filed chargesheet and the petitioner had to face ordeal of going through trial. Ultimately the petitioner was acquitted by the trial Court. It is not known whether the State had preferred appeal against the judgment and order of acquittal passed by the trial Court against the accused. 2.
