Learned Counsel for the parties tender Consent Terms duly signed by the Petitioner-bank through its Chief Executive officer and also by the Respondent. The Respondent is present in person in court. Learned Counsel submits that consent terms may be taken on record and the Petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the petition in view of the consent terms. The consent terms are taken on record, marked 'X' for identification. The Petitioner is allowed to withdraw the petition. In accordance with the consent terms, the Petitioner is directed to pay the amount to the Respondent in accordance with clause-2 of the consent terms and waive of entire outstanding loan after issuance of 'no dues certificate' in accordance with clause-3 of the consent terms. The writ petition is disposed accordingly. No order as to costs.
