Heard learned counsel for the Applicant/Accused, learned APP and learned counsel for Respondent No.2. Perused Record and Proceedings.

The Applicant has been granted conditional bail subject to deposit of amount of Rs.2,70,00,000/- (Two Crores Seventy Lakhs). The said amount has been deposited in the Registry of this Court. The prayer is made in this Application, to N.S. Kamble page 1 of 3

give direction to the Registry of this Court for deposit of the said amount in the name of the Respondent No.2-Bank in any nationalized bank or RBI.

The learned Advocate for Respondent No.2 submits that, if the Court is inclined to grant relief, the amount may be directed to be deposited in any nationalized bank. 4.

The learned Advocate for Respondent No.2 further submits that, the Respondent No.2-Bank be allowed to withdraw the amount.

In view of the above, following order.

ORDER

(i) The Registry is directed to deposit the amount of Rs.2,70,00,000/- (Two Crores Seventy Lakhs) with accrued interest till date in any nationalized bank in the name of the Respondent No.2-Bank. (ii) The learned Advocate for Respondent No.2 submits that, the amount be deposited in Bank of Baroda, P.M. Road Branch, Fort, Mumbai. The amount be deposited in this bank.

(iii) The Respondent No.2 is granted liberty to make an appropriate Application for withdrawal of this amount by making an appropriate Application. (iv) The Application is disposed of.
