Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned APP for the State and learned counsel for respondent Nos 2 & 3. 2.
The petitioner by this petition is seeking direction to respondent No.1 to register F.I.R. under Sections 420, 465, 441, 504, 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, against respondent Nos. 2 and 3. 3.
Mrs. Deshmukh, learned APP states that the petitioner has neither approached the concerned police station nor filed report under Section 156(2) of Code of Criminal Procedure Code. Statement is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.
In the above circumstances, we are not inclined to entertain 1/2
