Heard Mr.D.D.Rananaware, learned counsel for the applicants.

This is an application for setting aside order dated 30.9.2016 whereby the applicants were given 4 weeks time, i.e;.

upto 15.11.2016, for removing office objections failing which registration of writ petition (stamp) would stand dismissed.

Mr. Rananaware assures that after restoration of the writ petition, he will remove office objections within three weeks. He further states that notices were not issued to the respondents. In

2/2 caw/3064/2016 view thereof and for the reasons stated in the application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) with no order as to costs.

Writ Petition is restored to its original position. The applicants shall remove office objections within three weeks from today. Order accordingly.
