1] This civil application seeks recall of order dated 1 July 2014. 2] On basis of statement of the applicant, this Court, in its order dated 1 July 2014 recorded that respondent no. 1 has expired and therefore, necessary amendment will be carried out to delete him from the cause title.

3] Learned counsel for the applicant however points out that the statement with regard to demise of respondent no. 1 was a bona fide error and respondent no. 1 is very much alive. 4] In view of the aforesaid, the order dated 1 July 2014 is hereby recalled. Civil application is disposed of.
