Having heard the learned counsels for the respective parties, we deem it convenient to dispose of this petition by directing the Respondent No.2 - The Chief Executive Officer, Khed Nagar Parishad, Taluka Khed, Dist. Ratnagiri to decide the petitioner's representation dated 21st September, 2016, copy of which is annexed at page 22 of the petition (Exhibit -E), as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order. Order accordingly.

It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the

P.H.Jayani 31 WP1921.17.doc matter and the petitioner's claim and petitioner's representation shall be decided independently and in accordance with the law after hearing the petitioner and other concerned officer and this order should not be construed as an expression of opinion on merits. 3.

The petitioner shall remain present before the Respondent No.2 - The Chief Executive Officer, Khed Nagar Parishad, Taluka Khed, Dist. Ratnagiri on 09th April, 2018 alongwith the copy of said representation and copy of this order in order to enable the Respondent No.2 to comply with this order.
