P.C.:- 1) At the outset, Mr. Deshmukh, learned Advocate for the Petitioners submitted that, during the pendency of Petition, Petitioner No.1 has passed away and therefore Petition qua him stands abated. 2) Learned APP on instructions from A.P.I. Mr. C.B. Berad, Sahakar Nagar Police Station, Pune City submitted that, the police are intending to file 'C-summary Report' before the Court of competent jurisdiction however, in view of Order dated 1st October, 2018, the said report has not been filed till date.

ssm 18-wp4895.2017.doc 3) As the police have completed the investigation and reached to the aforenoted conclusion, we permit the Investigating Officer to file said 'C-summary Report' before the Court of competent jurisdiction within a period of two weeks from today.
