The prayer is for quashing of FIR being Crime No.215 of 2012 registered with Oshiwara Police Station for the offence punishable under Sections 498A, 406, 504, 506 r/w 34 of IPC and charge-sheet vide C.C.No.482/PW/2013 filed before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate's 65th Court at Andheri, Mumbai.

Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioners, we deem it appropriate to cause notice to the respondents returnable on 4th November, 2023, provided the spare copy is supplied within one week, failing which the petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
