On 17th March, 2015 on the request made by the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, the Petition was adjourned till today and was directed to be listed high upon board.
2] The only challenge in this petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India is to a show cause notice issued to a third party under subSection 7 of Section 48 of Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966.
3] If the Petitioner is aggrieved by the said show cause notice in any manner, the Petitioner can appear before the Tahsildar, Chiplun and raise all contentions in accordance with law.
vsp 20-wp-11625-2014 4] Subject to what is observed above, at this stage, no interference is called for with the impugned show cause notice. By keeping the rights, contentions and remedies expressly open, the Petition is disposed of.
