Heard. By this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India the Petitioner plaintiff challenges the order dated 14.11.2014 passed by the Civil Judge, Junior Division, Vengurla below Exhibit- 273 in Regular Civil Suit No.65/1984 rejecting the application made by the plaintiff for appointment of a Dy. Superintendent of Land Records for carrying out measurement and bringing the situation of the suit property on record.

37.466.15-wp proceedings. He submits that Regular Civil Suit No.65/1984 is finally decided by judgment and decree dated 25.01.2016. They tendered a photocopy of the said order. Same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.
