This is a subsequent application seeking enlargement on bail in M.C.O.C. Case No. 3 of 2010.

Learned APP, upon instructions, submits that the prosecution has examined practically all witnesses and the case is posted for recording of statement of accused under Section 313 of Cr.P.C..
