By the above Writ Petition, the Petitioner seeks the following relief :- " a) This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or any appropriate writ/order/direction directing Respondent Nos.2 to 4 to correct the land records maintained by Respondent No.4 of CTS No.908, 909, 910 situated at Kalamwadi, Tal. Walwa, Dist. Sangli as per the map of city survey ofce annexed at Exhibit "A".

The Petitioner has made several representations to Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 since the year 2015 (Exhibits C, D & E to the Petition). The Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 have till date not responded to the said representations. However, a letter dated th May, 2018 is addressed to the Petitioner by the Grampanchayat Kalamwadi Mugdha Page 1 of 2
14-WP 941-19.doc stating that they have sought guidance from Walwa Panchayat Samiti, Islampur, to which they have not received any response. In view of the above, we pass the following order :- (i) The Grampanchayat Kalamwadi, Taluka Walwa, District Sangli as well as Walwa Panchayat Samiti, Islampur shall give a hearing to the Petitioner on 1 st March, 2021 and after considering the submission/s made by the Petitioner including the written submissions, if any, pass appropriate order/s on the representations of the Petitioner. (ii) All contentions of the parties are kept open. 3.
