Heard. This petition is filed for direction to the Respondent to take cognizance of the complaint made by the Petitioner and her father as per the letter annexed to the petition at page no.8 and page 18.

Learned APP tendered a copy of the Report dated 17th March 2015 made by the Senior Inspector of Police, Dindoshi Police Station. The learned APP, having taken instructions from Sachin Suryawanshi, ASI, Dindoshi Police Station makes a statement that the Petitioner's complaint as per page 8 and 18 will be registered as an FIR and thereafter investigation will be carried out in accordance with law.
