The petitioner by way of filing the application has sought direction that the sentence ordered against him shall run concurrently. Upon perusal of operative part of the order passed by the 5th Joint Civil Judge, Junior Division, Bhiwandi in S.C.C. No. 4541 of 2014, it has been directed that both sentences ordered against the petitioner shall run concurrently.

In that view of the matter, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. Hence, no further order are necessary. Writ petition stands disposed of.
