The petitioner has made request to transfer him from Taloja Central Prison to Kalyan (Aadharwadi) prison, Kalyan for enabling him to attend dates fixed by the trial Court in Sessions Case No. 145 of 2014. The said request was made in the year 2015, by this time the trial might have been completed.

In that view of the matter, we do not think it necessary to issue any directions to the respondent. In the event, grievance of the petitioner still subsists, he can approach concerned authority for said grievance and the concerned authority shall look into it and take a decision afresh in Ethape D.A.
