On 2 December 2022, this Court passed the following order: "

This Court by order dated 10/10/2022, had allowed the application fled by the present applicant for bail. According to the applicant, his name is 'Altaf Mahamad Hanif Majgaonkar', however, in the charge-sheet his name came to be mentioned as 'Arbaj Noormahamad Majagaonkar'. It is submitted that thus, in the application for bail the same name which was mentioned in the charge-sheet was mentioned. The correction sought by the present applicant can not be allowed unless his name is corrected in the charge-sheet.

The applicant shall submit necessary documents to the Investigating Ofcer for correction of his name in the chargesheet. Place the matter for further consideration on 08/12/2022.

The learned APP for the respondent/State shall seeks necessary instructions from the concerned Investigating Ofcer by ne t date.

The learned APP shall communicate this order to the Investigating Ofcer.r Dinesh S. Sherla 1/2

The learned APP, on instructions, submits that the investigating ofcer has corrected the name of the present applicant in the charge-sheet.

In view of above, leave is granted to the learned counsel for the applicant to correct the name of the applicant in Criminal Bail Application No. 3816 of 2021.

In the order dated 10 October 2022 in cause title so also at page No.2 in the line no.7, the name of the applicant be corrected as "Altaf Mahamad Hanif Majagaonkar" and the corrected order be uploaded.
