The petitioner's request for permitting him to visit his home on the ground of performing last rites of his father in the year 2015 was turned down by the Special Court. Being aggrieved of the said rejection, this petition has been filed by the petitioner. Due to passage of time, the request made by the petitioner would not survive. Hence, writ petition stands disposed of.
