Heard petitioner-in-person and learned APP for the State. 2.
The petition is filed seeking direction to register FIR on the basis of petitioner's complaint dated 28th August, 2014 to the Commissioner of Police, Mumbai, a copy of which is annexed at page 210 of this petition. 3.
Mr. Shenai, petitioner-in-person submitted that this complaint is filed one year back and no action is taken by the Commissioner of Police, Mumbai. Mrs. Deshmukh, learned APP, having taken instructions from the officer concerned, makes a statement that after receipt of the petitioner's complaint dated 28th August, 2014, the Commissioner of Police, Mumbai, sent the same to Samta Nagar Police Station, Kandivali Shubhada S Kadam 1/2
Sr.No.917 WP 4970.14 East, for further action. However, there is no progress as the petitioner himself did not co-operate. The petitioner who is appearing in person denies this statement.

Mrs. Deshmukh, learned APP, having taken instructions from the officer concerned, submits that in the event the petitioner approaches the Senior Police Inspector, Samta Nagar Police Station and gives statement, the same will be recorded/looked into and appropriate decision would be taken and the same would be communicated to the petitioner. The statement is accepted.

The petitioner-in-person submits that he would remain present before the Senior Inspector of Police, Samta Nagar Police Station, Kandivali East on 21st August, 2015 at 11.00 a.m..The statement is accepted.
