6] Hence, the stay is granted to the execution of the 'Decree', subject to deposit of the entire decreetal amount in the Tribunal within a period of six weeks from today, failing which the stay to stand automatically vacated without any further reference to the Court.
7] The amount of Rs.25,000/- which is deposited as a statutory deposit in this Court be transferred to the concerned Tribunal.
