This is an application for condonation of delay of 05 years and 143 days caused in filing the Review Petition. Though no sufficient cause is made out for condoning the delay of 05 years and 143 days, for the order I propose to make in the main Review Petition, delay of 05 years and 143 days caused in filing the review petition is condoned and Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) with no order as to costs. Order accordingly.
