2. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the present case, i.e. the applicant was protected by the interim order passed by Court of Sessions and thereafter he had complied the condition, but ultimately his application was rejected by the Court of Sessions on the ground of default thereafter committed by him, now the chargesheet is filed indicating that major part of the investigation is over and all the offences are triable by the Magistrate, instead of considering his prayer for pre-arrest, the application is disposed of with directions to the applicant to surrender before the Trial/Remand Court on or before 20th January, 2015 at 11.00 a.m., nd pray for bail and in

Chittewan 2/2 7.aba 1627-14 the meanwhile staying at the address mentioned in the application; attending the Investigating Officer on 10, 17, 18 and 19 in between 11.00 a.m. to 01.00 noon and not to indulge in any activity of fleeing away or tampering the prosecution evidence. In the said premises, the Investigating Officer of Crime No.270 of 2013 registered with Kurla Police Station not to take coercive steps of arrest against the applicant upto 20th January, 2015 at 11.00 a.m.

3. The Trial Court to decide the application for bail preferred by the applicant in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably on the same day, subject to 24 hours advance notice of the same being served upon the otherside. ( P.D. KODE, J. )
