Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner/applicant in Civil Application no. 176 of 2014 seeking restoration of Public Interest Litigation No. 133 of 2013. For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, we find that the reason for absence of the Counsel when the case was called was genuine. Accordingly, Civil Application is allowed.
