Learned APP states on instructions, that the charge-sheet in the said case has been filed on 10th February, 2015. In view of the said statement, learned counsel for the applicant does not press the above Application and seeks leave to withdraw the same, as he intends to file an application before the appropriate Court, in view of the fact, that the charge-sheet has now been filed.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the said matter and the appropriate Court shall decide the Application for bail, if filed, on its own merits, in accordance with law, uninfluenced by the withdrawal of this application, as expeditiously as possibly. 4.
