M/s. Goma Engineering Pvt. Ltd., alleged, that, the applicants, then employees, were entrusted with trade secrets; who in breach of the trust, started a competing firm, and caused breach of trust.

In view of the nature of accusations and applicants being women, in the event of arrest of the applicants in Crime No.I-214 of 2019 registered with Chitalsar Police Station, Thane, they shall be released on executing PR bond of Rs.25,000/- each with one or two sureties in the like amount.

The applicants shall furnish particulars of their residence and mobile numbers to the Investigating Ofcer within a day from today.

Applicants shall report to the Investigating Ofcer as and when called.
