This Civil Application is taken out by National Textile Corporation Ltd. for a prayer that the suit from which the present Revision Application arises be dismissed. Reliance is placed on the Textile Undertaking (Nationalization) Laws (Amendment and Validation) Act, 2014, more particularly Section 4 thereof, whereby in the Textile Undertaking (Nationalization) Act, 1995, Section 41 is inserted. The consequences of the submission of the learned counsel for the Applicant would result in final dismissal of the Revision Application, which is already admitted by this Court and is pending. In this circumstances, it will be appropriate to add the Writ Petition to the board of final hearing in the week commencing from 13 December 2016. Matter to be listed on board as per its

The Civil Application is disposed of. However, if the writ petition does not reach for hearing within a reasonable period, liberty to apply.
