Mr. Khan submits that respondent no.1-Shamshuddin Shaikh Hussain died leaving behind respondents 1(a) to 1(f).

However, in the cause title of Writ Petition he has not included respondent no.1(e) and 1(f), being legal representatives of respondent no.1Shamshuddin Shaikh Hussain. 3.

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the Application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B), with no order as to costs.

2/2 caw-109-16 Amendment shall be carried out in the petition forthwith.
