This is an application for serving respondent No.1 by way of substituted service under Order 5 Rule 20 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. Mr.Sanglikar submitted that even in the trial Court, respondent No.1 was served by way of substituted service. 3.

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) with no order as to costs.
