Mr. Kankal states that all three cases namely Case No.01/2013, 02/2013 and 03/2013 have been disposed way back on or about 4th October 2020 and nothing would survive in this petition. Mr. Salgaonkar for petitioner states that petitioner's were never informed about this order and only today Mr. Kankal has given him a copy of the order. 2.

In view thereof nothing survives in the petition. Petition disposed.
