Grievance of the petitioners is that though the Revision Application filed by them before the State Government of Maharashtra challenging the judgment and order dated 7th March 2017 passed by the Divisional Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune has already been heard and closed for orders on 12th July 2017, but till date, no orders have been passed by the competent Authority of the State Government and in the meantime, the respondent No.5 is proceeding ahead for implementation of the order which is subject matter of the Revision Application.

The learned Counsel for the petitioners prays for stay of the implementation of the order which is subject matter of the Revision Application before the State Government. According to him, if the

906-wp 13058-17 respondent No.5 is not restrained from proceeding further, the very purpose of filing Revision Application would be frustrated. 3.

Having gone through the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the petitioners as also the learned AGP, we dispose of this Writ Petition by directing the competent Authority of the State Government to decide the petitioners' Revision Application which has already been heard and closed for orders as expeditiously as possible, but in any case not later than six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Till the Revision Application of the petitioners is decided, the fifth respondent shall not proceed in pursuance of the notice dated 21st November 2017 (page No.136 of the Petition).

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
