On the prayer made by the learned counsel appearing for the Applicants, we permit the amendment to be carried out for correcting the cause title by deleting the name of the Court Receiver. Amendment to be carried out within a period of one week from today.

We have perused all the orders passed by this Court including the order dated 16th November 2015 which even according to the Applicants has been confirmed by the Apex Court. 4.

Only by way of indulgence and on humanitarian grounds, the Applicants were permitted to apply for regularisation. This is made clear in the order dated 16th June 2015. The Applicants have to abide by the solemn undertakings given by them. Hence, no relief can be granted.

The Civil Application is rejected.
